Factory workflow

From fabric intake to sealed carton

Aadinath Clothing runs a sequenced production flow for textile garments and clothing accessories. Each stage is staged for material handling, measured against fabric weight, and checked before the next step begins.

Production cycle

Four stages, in order

Fabric inspection and mechanical spreading align each ply before computerized and manual cutting. Dedicated sewing stations run stitch programs matched to distinct textile weights. Finishing covers steam pressing, dimensional measurement, and standardized carton packaging.

Stage 01

Fabric intake and spreading

Bulk fabric is inspected on arrival, then mechanically spread so each ply lies aligned before cutting begins.

Stage 02

Cutting

Computerized and manual cutting produce pattern pieces to dimension, with alignment confirmed at each lay.

Stage 03

Assembly

Dedicated sewing stations run stitch programs configured for each textile weight, keeping seams consistent across runs.

Stage 04

Finishing and packing

Steam pressing and dimensional measurement precede standardized carton packaging for dispatch.

Before dispatch

Inspection precedes every shipment

Standard inspection routines are completed before dispatch, so each carton leaves the facility checked against the production record.
